外科术后自控静脉镇痛的护理观察

目的:探讨自控静脉镇痛(PC IA)应用于外科手术后的镇痛效果。方法:通过临床护理158例手术后应用自控静脉镇痛患者的镇痛效果观察。结果:应用自控静脉镇痛的镇痛效果好,用药总量少,易于控制。结论:自控静脉镇痛应用于外科手术后镇痛,是一种使用方便,安全,副作用小的镇痛方法,有利于促进患者的康复。

Object, to probe into the easing pain effect of applying patient- controlled intravenous analgesia （PCIA） in surgical. Method, observe the easing pain effect of 158 clinic nursing patients who are applied PCIA postoperatively. Conclusion, the effect of applying PCIA is very well. It can reduce the requirements of medicine and is easy to be controlled. Conclusion, PCIA is a method which is convenient, safe, less side -effect and can promote patients＇ healing.
