通过对高职人才培养目标和高职学生知识、素质、能力结构的特点的分析，探讨基于工作过程导向的课程学习模式。
Through the analysis on the vocational talents training goals and the knowledge, quality, ability to structure of the characteristics, the paper discusses the curriculum learning mode based on work process-oriented.
