高校多媒体语言实验室的建设与管理

Study on Construction and Management of Multimedia Language Laboratory in Universities

多媒体语言实验室在高校外语教学中发挥着重要的作用。多媒体语言实验室效能的发挥程度直接影响外语教学效果的取得。对高校多媒体语言实验室建设与管理层面存在的问题进行分析，在此基础上结合个人的工作实践经验及多媒体语言实验室的发展趋势，从制度管理、教师培训、学生管理、设备管理等方面提出改进措施。

As an effective component of building a foreign Language teaching environment, Multimedia Language Laboratory plays an important role in foreign language teaching in universities. In this paper, problems about the Construction and management of Multimedia Language Laboratory are analyzed. Based on this, proposed improvements, eombinating the individual＇ s work experience with the trend of multi-media language laboratory, are raised, which cover the aspect of system management, teacher training, student management, equipment management, etc.
