Innovation and Development of Education in Information Technology Environment

创新教育是以继承为基础，发展为目的，以培养创新型人才为基本价值取向的教育。教育创新是实施创新教育的途径和方法，是一个动态的过程。教育创新的范围和内容相当广泛，主要包括教学观念创新、教学内容创新、教学方法创新和教学环境创新等。首先简要阐述信息技术环境下创新教育和教育创新的含义，然后对信息技术环境下如何实现教育的创新提出对策。

Inheritance is the basis of innovative education. Development is the purpose of innovative education and cultivating innovative talents is the basic value orientation of innovative education. Educational innovation is the ways and means of implementing innovative education and is a dynamic process. The scope and content of educational innovation are quite extensive, including the innovation of teaching concept, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching environment and so on. This article first briefly proposed the meaning of innovation and development of education in the information technology environment, and then the article proposed a solution for how to achieving innovation in education.
