With rapid development of the multimedia technology, communications technology and network technology, the application of modern educational technology in the classroom environment were more and more. Modern educational technology took a larger role in the reforms of the educational concept, teaching model and teaching methods. This paper studied the development and application of modern education technology in the classroom environment, discussed the relevant research theories, methods and characteristics.
