摘要 农村中小学现代远程教育应用效果的关键在于广大中小学教师。在教师培训方面国家投入巨大的人力、物力和财力,但在藏族地区双语师资的培训还处在起步阶段,受培训环境、培训模式、培训队伍的限制,培训效果不尽如人意。通过构建Moodle平台来开展藏汉双语师资培训,从藏文环境、藏汉双语资源、培训平台、培训过程、培训评价等方面来设计和实现藏汉双语师资培训。 Application of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary effects of the key primary and secondary schools in the majority of teachers in teacher training, the state has invested a huge human, material and financial resources, but in Tibetan areas in bilingual teacher training is still in the initial stage, by the training environment, training model, the training team limits the effectiveness of training less than satisfactory. In view of this, the author proposes building a Moodle platform to carry out through the Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teacher training, from the Tibetan environment, Tibetan-Chinese bilingual resources, training platform, the training process, training, evaluation, etc. to design and realization of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teacher training.
