摘要
大肠癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,药物治疗在大肠癌的综合治疗中扮演重要的角色。化疗药物和靶向药物的联合使用,使大肠癌的药物治疗有效率明显提高,但仍有很大一部分患者对于化疗药物无反应。寻找化疗疗效预测以及预后的分子指标,选择能从化疗受益的优势人群就非常重要。本文就大肠癌药物治疗疗效预测及预后分子指标的研究进展做一综述。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors,drug treatment plays an important role in the comprehensive treatment.The combination of chemotherapy drugs and target drugs has markedly improved response rate.But there is still a significant portion of patients showed non-response to drug treatment.Searching for the molecular indicators of prognosis and predict of chemotherapy,and then choosing the people who can benefit from drug therapy are very important.Updates of prognostic and predictive molecular factors in colorectal cancer are reviewed in this article.
