摘要 目的:研究妊娠期阴道pH和阴道乳杆菌含量的变化及两者相互变化的关系。方法:妊娠早、中、晚各期及非孕期妇女各30例,乳杆菌革兰染色及菌落计数探讨其在妊娠期及非妊娠期含量变化情况,精密pH试纸检测阴道分泌物pH。结果:①妊娠期阴道乳杆菌菌株无明显变化。②早、中、晚孕各期之间阴道pH比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非孕期与早、中、晚孕各期之间阴道pH比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③非孕期与早、中、晚孕各期之间阴道乳杆菌含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早、中孕期阴道乳杆菌含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);晚孕期阴道中乳杆菌含量与早、中孕期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④整个妊娠期阴道pH与阴道乳杆菌含量变化呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期阴道乳杆菌菌株无明显变化,阴道pH随孕期的递增而升高,阴道乳杆菌含量随孕周的递增而下降,整个妊娠期阴道pH与阴道乳杆菌含量的变化呈负相关。 Objective:To study the changes of the vaginal pH and the vaginal lactobacilli content as well as their interrelationship during pregnancy. Methods:Thirty women were enrolled respectively in the first trimester, second trimester, third trimester and non-pregnanct group. Gram-stain and colony counts were used to explore the changing of Lactobacillus content during pregnancy. The vaginal pH was detected by the accurate pH strip. Results: (1)There was no significant changes among the vaginal Lactobacillus strains during pregnancy. (2)There was statistically significance of vaginal pH among the first trimester, second trimester and third trimester group. ( P 〈 0.05). The vaginal pH between the non-pregnanct group and the other three groups had statistically significance( P 〈 0.05). (3)The vaginal lactobacilli content between the non-pregnanct group and the other three groups had statistically significance( P 〈 0.05). The vaginal lactobacilli content had no statistically significance between the first trimester group and the second trimester group( P 〉 0.05) ;The vaginal lactobacilli content had statistically significance between the third trimester group and the first or second trimester group seperately( P〈 0.05).(4) There was negative correlation between vaginal pH and vaginal lactobacilli content during pregnancy. ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: There is no significant changes among the vaginal Lactobacillus strains during pregnancy. The more gestational weeks, the higher the vaginal pH, the less the vaginal lactobacilli content. There is negative correlation between vaginal pH and vaginal lactobacilli content during pregnancy.
