乳腺癌HER2检测指南(2009版) 被引量:192

摘要 正确检测和评定乳腺癌的HER2蛋白表达和基因扩增状态对乳腺癌的临床治疗和预后判断至关重要。2006年我国病理学家发表了《乳腺癌HER2检测指南》,对提高我国乳腺癌HER2检测工作水平和推进检测工作标准化起到了积极的作用。近年来,有关乳腺癌HER2检测的研究进展很快,2007年美国临床肿瘤学会(ASCO)/美国病理学医师学院(CAP)也联合发表了乳腺癌HER2检测指南,对乳腺癌HER2检测的技术路线、结果判读标准、质量控制等诸方面提出了新的要求,修订我国乳腺癌HER2检测指南成为必然。
