联合应用左上腹斜切口及一层吻合术治疗老年人贲门癌(附59例报告)

The Application of Left Upper Abdomen Oblique Section and One-Layer Esophagogastrostomy Under Diaphragm to the Aged with Cardiac Carcinoma

目的：减低老年人贲门癌病人的围术期死亡率和并发症。方法：联合应用左上腹斜切口以及食管-残胃或肠隔下一层吻合术，为59例老年人贲门癌进行手术治疗。结果：全组无手术死亡，无吻合口瘘，术后肺部并发症以及吻合口狭窄明显减少。结论：本术式损伤小、暴露好、切除彻底、术时短、恢复快，特别适用于老年贲门癌病人。

To reduce the postoperative mortality and complication of the aged with cardiac carcinoma. Methods: The left abdomen obique section and one - layer esophagooastrostomy under diaphragm wereperformed in 59 elderly cases. Results: No operaive death, no anastomosis leakage and few pulmonary complicaion were found. Conclusion: The method had several advantages such as less damage , better esposure , radical resection , shorter operating period and less hemorrage . It is applied specially to older Patients.
