神经外科住院患者围手术期知识知晓状况调查

Survey of understanding status of perioperative period knowledge among neurosurgery patients in the hospital

目的了解北京市天坛医院神经外科住院患者围手术期相关知识知晓情况,分析知晓情况差异的影响因素,了解患者围手术期健康教育需求。方法采用随机抽样的方法,自行设计调查问卷对北京市天坛医院神经外科住院患者120人进行围手术期知识知晓状况调查。问卷共调查5个与手术有关的问题。结果共调查120人,年龄在16～78岁,其中农民45人,工人31人,医学相关人员16人,其他31人。5道知识题均回答正确的人数为3人,占2.50%。5道知识题单项正确回答率平均低于55%。不同职业患者5个相关知识知晓率不同,农民患者最低。不同学历患者知识知晓率不同,学历高者知晓率也高(P<0.01)。结论手术患者围手术期知识知晓率在不同职业、不同学历人员中差异很大,医院及相关部门应根据不同患者接受能力,适宜地加强该人群的健康教育。

Objective To explore the understanding status of perioperative period knowledge among neurosurgery patients in the hospital, and to analysis the influencing factors and the demand for health education. Methods Random sampling was adopted among neurosurgery patients in the hospital and questionair was carried out among 120 patients. The questionair contented five questions. Results The ages of the respondents were from 16 - 78. There were 45 peasants, 31 workers, 13 people with professions of medicine and 31 the others. The number of correct answers for all five questions was three, accounted 2. 50%. The knowledge awareness rates of 5 items were all below 55%. There was significant difference in knowledge awareness rate among patients of different careers, and the peasant＇ s was the lowest （ P 〈0. 01 ）. There was significant difference in knowledge awareness rate among patients of different academic degrees, and the awareness rate of the patients with high education level was higher （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion There was significant difference among patients with different careers and academic degrees on perioperative period knowledge understanding. A multiple grades and departments union should be established to improve health education. Publicity should be improved according to local situation.
