The article sumarius the necessity of popularizing the bill of quantities for four electrified specialty in railway construction projects and gives a description to the structure emphasis of the bill of quantities; and also makes a discussion about questions which need attentions in using the bill of quantities for four electrified specialty such as communication, signal and information.
