康奈尔健康量表评价飞行学员心理健康状况的前瞻性研究

A prospective study on mental health of flying cadets in 1991-1995 by Cornell Medical Indexhealth questionnaire

目的观测在校飞行学员心理健康状况及其变化趋势。方法用康奈尔健康量表（ＣＭＩ）对空军基础飞行学院１９９１级学员进行了为期四年的心理健康状况的前瞻性研究。结果１９９１～１９９５年四次调查ＣＭＩ总分平均分别为８．７３、５．６６、４．２３、３．８２，ＭＲ分平均分别为３．２４、１．９５、１．１８和１．０４，四次调查学员超过筛查标准的比例，总分≥３０分别为：２．４１％、１．３８％、０．９５％和０．００％；ＭＲ分≥１０的比例四年分别为７．４３％、３．０７％、１．８３％和０．００％。不适应和情绪不稳定是学员心理健康存在的主要问题。

Objective To explore the mental status of flying cadets and the tendency of its change in Air Force Fundamental Flight Institute. Methods Mental status of cadets in Fundamental Flight Institute enlisted in 1991 were studied using Cornell Medical Indexhealth questionnaire (CMI). CMI data of these cadets were collected in 1991,1992,1993 and 1995. Results In the four investigations, the average of CMI total scores were 8.73,5.66, 4.23 and 3.82 respectively; the average of MR scores were 3.24,1.95, 1.18 and 1.04 respectively. The prevalence of high CMI total scores (≥30, the screening standard for mental status) were 2.41% in 1991,1.38% in 1992,0.95% in 1993 and 0.00% in 1995. The prevalence of high MR scores (≥10, another screening standards) were 7.43%, 3.07%, 1.83% and 0.00% respectively. Inadaptability and emotional unstableness were the major problems. Conclusion The results showed that the mental health status of flying cadets had a tendency of getting better over the years.
