短期中度噪声条件下情感状态的变化

The change of mood state under moderate noise for short time

目的研究中等强度噪声条件下２ｈ暴露期间情绪状态的改变及其与受试者噪声敏感度和艾森克人格个性的相关关系。方法１４名男性受试者随机暴露于５０ｄＢ（Ａ）（对照），７５ｄＢ（Ａ）和８５ｄＢ（Ａ）２ｈ期间，于０．５ｈ，１ｈ和２ｈ进行ＰＯＭＳ问卷测试。结果“紧张”等不良情绪评分随噪声强度的增加而增加，精力充沛评分则下降。在２ｈ暴露期间，不良情绪评分逐渐增加，精力充沛评分则在０．５ｈ增加，１ｈ恢复至对照水平，以后又下降。在噪声暴露早期，噪声敏感度高的受试者其精力充沛评分较噪声敏感度低的受试者高；ＥＰＱ中Ｅ分与疲劳等不良情绪评分的增加值有正相关关系。结论噪声对受试者的情绪有一定的影响，其与受试者的噪声敏感度和艾森克人格个性有一定的关系。

Objective To investigate the change of profiles of mood states(POMS) under moderate noise for 2 h and the relationship between noise sensitivity and change of POMS. Methods Fourteen young male subjects were randomly exposed to 50 dB(A) (control), 75 dB(A) and 85 dB(A) for 2 h, meanwhile, they were asked to answer the POMS questionnaire at 0.5 h,1 h, 2 h of noise exposure. Results The negative mood (tension etc). point increased as the noise level increased while V(vigoractivity) points had a tendency to decrease. The negative mood points increased gradually in the course of 2 h noise exposure. The V(vigoractivity) point increased at 0.5 h, then got down to control level at 1 h and decreased to a level lower than the control at the end of 2 h exposure. At the early period of noise exposure, the V(vigor) point in higher subjective noise sensitivity (SNS) subjects were higher than that in lower SNS ones. There was a positive correlation between the extroversion score of EPQ and the increase of negative mood (fatigue etc.) points of POMS. Conclusion The noise has some effect on subjects' mood state and the effect of noise is related to the subjective noise sensitivity and personality.
