摘要
随着科学发展观的提出和贯彻落实,促进经济社会环境全面协调发展已经成为全社会的共识,生物多样性保护的重要性也日益被各级政府和社会公众所认识,生物多样性保护必需与社会经济发展特点相适应。本文从贫困、民族多样性以及社会参与等三个方面分析了社会经济发展与生物多样性保护的关系,并提出了相应的策略。
With the proposing and implementing scientific concept on development, comprehensive coordinated development of economic social environment is fully accepted by the society, and importance of biodiversity protection is also gradually recognized by governments and the public. This article analyzes the relationship between socio - economic development and biodiversity protection, viewed from three aspects： poverty, ethnic diversity and public participation, and proposes its relevant strategies.
