摘要
目的探讨饮酒对飞行人员血液粘度和红细胞变形性的影响。方法35例飞行人员于6:00空腹抽静脉血进行血液流变学检测;于当日18:00吃饭时饮38度白酒100ml~150ml,于次日6:00空腹再次抽静脉血进行血液流变学检测,并与饮酒前的血液流变学结果进行自身对照。结果饮酒后次日晨全血高切粘度(200s-1)及红细胞刚性指数显著增高(P<0.05)。结论饮酒可使红细胞变形性显著降低,血粘度升高,导致脑及全身器官微循环灌注障碍。
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore effects of alcohol drinking on red blood cell deformability in pilots. Methods Thirtyfive pilots served as subjects. Fasting venous blood samples were taken at 6:00 for hemorheological examination.Then,the subjects were asked to drink 150 ml of spirits (38% alcohol) during supper at 18:00, and blood samples were again collected next morning for the same examination. Results As compared with the baseline values,the red blood cell rigidity index (RRI) and whole blood viscosity were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Alcohol drinking can result in increasing of whole blood viscosity and decrease of red blood cell deformability and thus may induce dysfunction of microcirculation perfusion and lowering of flight tolerance.
