An Integrated Supervision & Guidance on Drug Administration,Supply,Distribution and Use

目的：强调由国家药物政策牵头的推动合理用药国际趋势，介绍这种趋势下促进合理用药的新概念与相关措施;方法：收集WHO与合理用药国际网络（INRUD）的有关文献予以归纳;结果：合理用药是国家药物政策的主要内容，国家药物政策的原则贯串着对合理用药的要求，体现在药品管理、供应（含流通）、使用（处方、用药与顺从性）诸环节中;结论：政府行为、有效和一体化地对药品的管供用实行监督指导，是成功推动合理用药的关键，而这一切都依赖于当代国家药物政策的贯彻执行。

Objective To emphasize that the international trend in promoting rational drug use (RDU) is the requirement of leadership position of national drug policy(NDP),and new concepts and relevant measures to promote RDU in the current trend were introduced;Method:Based on the relevant references from the WHO & INRUD,the data were summed up;Results:RDU is the chief content of NDP,all principles of NDP were permeated with requirements of RDU,which is manifested in the drug administration,supply,distributi and patient's compliance;Conclusion:The govermental behavior,effective and integrated management are the key factors for successful promotion of RDU,all of these depend on the implementation of a modern NDP.
