降钙素基因相关肽生物学作用及药理学应用 被引量:3

摘要 降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)具有扩张血管、神经保护、成骨作用、免疫调节、痛觉调制等多种生物学作用。血浆CGRP含量可以成为临床一些疾病诊断或预后的监测指标,将CGRP及其受体激动剂和拮抗剂开发为治疗高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭和偏头痛等的药物具有重要意义。
