彩色多普勒超声对椎基底动脉供血不足的血流定量研究

Hemodynamic Study of Color Doppler Ultrasonography to Vertebrolis-Basilas Insufficiency

目的：探讨椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）与椎动脉（VA）血流动力学异常的关系。材料与方法：用彩色多普勒超声对379例VBI患者颅外段VA进行检测，指标：内径（D）、收缩期最大流速（Vmax）舒张期末流速（Vmin），平均流速（Vmean），单侧血流量（Q）、双侧Q总和，与1000例健康人进行比较。结果：VBI组的指标均与健康组差异显著（P＜0．05、P＜0．01），频谱有三种异常改变。结论：VBI多以一侧VA内径狭窄、流速减慢、流量减少为特点。

It discusses the relation between vertebrolis-basilas insufficiency (VBI) and abnormal hemodynamics of vertebra artery. Materials and Methods: 379 cases of VBI were tested on extracranial section of vertebra artery with Color Doppler ultrasonography. Indexes: diameter (D), maximum velocity (Vmax), minimum velocity (Vmin), mean velocity (Vmean), volume of mono-side blood flow (Q), sum of the volume of bi-side blood flow, and compared with 1000 healthy per-sons. Results: The indexes of VBI are of significant difference (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), compared with those of healthy group, There are three abnormal changes on spectrum of frequency. Conclusion: Most of VBI are of characteristics of mono-side narrow diame-ter of vertebra artery, slow velocity, less volume.
