摘要
在不提高灯注入功率的情况下,对连续灯泵浦Nd∶YAG调Q激光器的电流进行脉冲调制,并利用电流脉冲的下降沿触发Q开关,研究在此电流脉冲调制下的调Q激光器的输出功率、脉宽及峰值功率.当调制脉冲电流峰值为25A,频率为1kHz时,调Q激光器的平均输出功率为24.9W,脉宽为270ns,峰值功率达到92kW,是不进行脉冲调制连续泵浦的调Q激光器的2.8倍,对铝、铜等材料进行标刻实验,深度达1mm以上.
The output characteristics of a Q-switched continuous wave(CW) Nd : YAG laser with pulse modulation to the pumping current were studied, including the output power, pulse width and peak power. Under 25 A peak current and 1 kHz pulse modulation, the average output power of the Q switched laser is 24.9 W with pulse width of 270 ns. The peak power of 92 kW is more 2.8 times than that of the laser without pulse modulation. Experiments result show that the maximum engrave depth is more than lmm with the help of pulse modulation.
