摘要
对于岛礁用大功率设备,海水冷却无疑是一种经济有效的方式。探讨了某岛礁用雷达海水冷却系统设计与实现过程,并就这一过程中出现的关键技术及问题做出了相应的研究。通过研究,设计出符合雷达发射机性能的海水冷却系统,并成功安装在某岛礁上。使用和运行证明,该系统较好地解决了岛礁雷达的冷却问题。
For high power equipment installed on a skerry, liquid cooling with sea water is both an economical and effective cooling method. Based on this concept, the design and realization of a cooling system with sea water for the radar mounted on a skerry and its key technology and problems are studied in this paper. As a result of present study, a radar cooling system with sea water as coolant has been designed and mounted on a skerry. The operation showed that the system can meet the radar cooling needs and solve the problems of cooling the radar transmitter mounted on a skerry.
