Precision Manufacturing Techniques for a Co-Aperture Plane Slotted-Array Antenna

摘要 平板裂缝天线具有高增益、低副瓣、体积小和重量轻等优点,广泛应用于机载雷达领域。一般来说其具有结构复杂、精度要求高、成本高和加工易变形等特点。为保证质量,在提高其设计的工艺性的同时,需要对其进行详细的工艺设计和严格的制造过程控制。文中介绍了一种较复杂的共口径平板裂缝天线的精密制造技术,提出并讨论了其工艺设计和制造过程的要点,重点分析了工艺分解方案、造成其加工变形的主要因素及在变形控制方面采取的具体措施。实践证明所采用的制造技术是成功的,对类似问题的解决提供了有益的参考。 Plane slotted-array antenna is widely used in airborne Radar system due to its having high gain, low side lobe level, small profile and light weight. In many cases, it's also characterized by complicated shape, high accuracy and high cost. Additionally it's prone to machining deformation due to its lower rigidity. In order to guarantee its quality, it's important to make a careful process planning and carry it out with strict process control. This paper introduces the precision manufacturing techniques of a co-aperture plane slotted-array antenna, proposes and discusses some points of its process planning and manufacturing process. We put emphasis on analyzing the disassemble scheme, the major causes for its machining deformation and we introduce the methods being used to reduce the deformation. These techniques had been put into practice and proved to be successful; therefore they can provide some reference for resolving similar problems.
