摘要
为满足某雷达馈线系统工作要求,其馈源喇叭内需充0.2 MPa的气体并耐压24小时,这对喇叭端口的密封方式提出了较高要求。针对馈源喇叭具体结构形式和尺寸,创新性地采用特种工艺密封技术,并对密封效果进行了有限元仿真和试验,结果表明,该特种工艺可有效解决喇叭端口的密封耐压问题。
A certain radar feed horn needs inflation of 0.2MPa air and maintain it for 24hours in working, so it is very difficult for the horn mouth seal. On the base of feed horn actual structural form and dimensions, a special process of seal technology was employed creatively. The sealing effect was simulated by finite element analysis and tested. The result showed the dependability of seal and maintaining of pressure for the special process.
