摘要
某雷达内导体扼流槽采用大深度薄壁结构形式,该结构形式给加工带来极大困难。针对其具体尺寸精度和位置精度,创新性地采用自制管形刀具的加工工艺技术,解决了该扼流槽的加工难题。
A certaub radar inner-conductor choke-slot adopts thin-wall and "deep-hole" structural form; it is difficult for actual machining. On basis of specific dimension and position precision , we adopted creatively a precise machining technology using home made pipe tool, and the difficult problem of the choke -slot machining is solved.
