重建生物学宽度的牙冠延长术

摘要对于折断、重度龋坏、部分萌出、磨耗造成临床短冠的修复是口腔医生常遇的问题。为了获得足够固位力，涉及前牙美观的效果。有医生将修复体的颈缘置于龈下较深部位，从而破坏了牙周组织正常生理结构-BW，引起急、慢性炎症，导致医源性的组织破坏。本文报告的牙冠延长术是一种有助于解决这一问题的手术技术。
