摘要
少数民族地区五年制初等教育是国家师范教育由三级向二级过渡的产物,是我国民族教育的重要组成部分。在五年制初等教育专业新型培养模式的建构中,应充分体现专业人才培养目标和质量标准的思想性、基础性、综合性、创造性、开放性等人才素质的基本特征,建构适应新时期五年制初等教育专业培养模式,抓住机遇,加快少数民族地区师范教育的改革与发展步伐,为地方经济社会发展服务。
The primary education of five-year system in minority areas is the outcome ot the transition of nauonal normal education from third to second class, and is the important part of national education. In the construction of a new mode of primary education of this five-year system, the following aspects shall be considered: basic characteristics, comprehensive, creative and open features. Developing of a new model of five-year primary education will accelerate the reform and development of normal education in minority areas, and to offer better service for local economic and social development.
