摘要
教育改革呼唤教师个人的实践智慧,而影响教师个人实践智慧生长的因素主要包括宏观、中观和微观三个层面。宏观层面是强调社会的支持与互动,中观层面描述的是学校文化引领,微观层面又可凝结成教师教育信念与德性追求、教学思维力与专业学习、反思实践与教学研究等。教师个人实践智慧生长最终指向教师专业发展。
Education reform requires teacher's individual wisdom include support and interaction. The medium teachers' practical wisdom. The main factors influencing the growth of macro, medium and micro aspects. The macro factors emphasize social factors accounts for school culture. The micro factors include teacher's education belief and moral pursuit, thinking force of teaching and academic learning, reflective practice and research of teaching. The ultimate goal of the growth of teacher' s practical wisdom is teacher professional development.
