不同剂量瑞芬太尼对气管插管麻醉患者心血管反应的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察丙泊酚麻醉诱导时复合不同剂量的瑞芬太尼对患者心血管反应的影响。方法将60例非心脑外科择期手术全身麻醉患者随机分为3组,各20例,分别静注瑞芬太尼1(A组)、2(B组)、3(C组)μg/kg,均在90 s内注射完毕,静注丙泊酚直至患者意识消失。观察并记录各组诱导前、气管插管前即刻和气管插管1、3、5min时BP、HR变化及插管反应和并发症。结果与诱导前比较,A组在插管后各时点BP变化不明显(P>0.05),B、C组均明显降低(P<0.05)。各组各时点HR无显著变化。A组插管反应发生率高于B、C组,C组低血压发生率高于A、B组。结论2μg/kg瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚静注诱导能较好地控制气管插管麻醉时的心血管反应。
