中药口腔护理液在持续胃肠减压患者口腔护理中的应用

Application of Chinese herb stomatological nersing fluid for oral nersing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal decompression

目的探讨两种口腔护理方法对胃肠减压患者舒适度的影响。方法将70例行胃肠减压禁食患者采用自身交叉实验方法进行传统法(采用0.5%聚维酮碘液)和改良法(采用自制中药口腔护理液)口腔护理,比较两种方法对患者舒适度、依从性及口腔并发症发生率的影响。结果改良法口腔护理时患者不舒适发生率明显低于传统法(20.0%v.s82.9%)(P<0.01);95.7%的患者愿意选择改良口腔护理法。改良法口腔护理时,患者口腔湿润感好(91.4%v.s35.7%),口臭明显少于传统法(10.0%vs.35.7%)(P<0.01)。两种方法口腔并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种口腔护理方法均能达到清洁口腔、减少口腔并发症的效果。改良口腔护理法可提高患者的舒适度及依从性。

Objective To compare the comfortability and compliancy of stomatological nersing with two methods in the patients undergoing gastrointestinal decompression. Methods Seventy surgical patients undergoing gastrointestinal decompression were given modified oral nersing with the hospital-made Chinese herb stomatological nersing fluid for two days and with conventional 0.5% povidoneiodine stomatological nersing fluid for another two days. The comfortability and compliancy of the patients during stomatological nersing with the two methods were recorded and compared. Results The percentage of uncomfortabe complaint was significantly higher during conventional nersing than that during modified nersing（82.9% vs. 20. 0%）（P〈0. 01）. The percentage of halitosis was higher during conventional nersing than that during modified nersing（35. 7% vs. 10. 00%）（P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in inintrabucal eomlications between the two oral nersing methods. Conclusion The two stomatological nersing methods can reach a goal of oral hygiene and reduce intrabuccal comlications. The modified oral nersing with the hospital-made Chinese herb stomatologieal nersing fluid can improve the comfortability and compliancy of the patients undergoing gastrointestinal decompression.
