摘要
采用金相显微镜、X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和电子万能实验机等设备研究了Mn元素对20Cr-18Ni-6Mo奥氏体不锈钢的显微组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:Mn元素的添加,改变了试验钢组织中析出相的分布与晶粒形态。随着Mn含量的增加,试验钢的抗拉强度和伸长率先升高后下降,当Mn加入量为0.2%时试验钢的拉伸性能最佳:抗拉强度为613MPa,伸长率为25.3%。
The effects of Mn on microstructure and mechanics properties of 20Cr-18Ni-6Mo austenitic stainless steel have been studied by using metallographic microscopy,X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and electronic universal materials testing machine. The results showed that the distribution of precipitates and grain shape changed with addition of Mn in the test steel. The tensile strength and elongation of steel increased then decreased with the increase of amount of Mn and the upmost i.e. tensile strength 613MPa and elongation rate 25.3% were with a content of Mn 0.2%.
