超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗重度肾裂伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Embolotherapy for the Severe Laceration of Kidney

目的探讨重度肾裂伤栓塞治疗的应用方法值和价值。方法对12例重度肾裂伤,选用以纤毛钢圈栓塞为主的材料闭塞出血动脉。结果所有病例栓塞后出血完全停止,并保留了患肾的部分组织和功能,没有出现严重并发症。结论肾挫裂伤、肾断裂伤、肾部分碎裂伤患者,超选择性肾动脉栓塞同样是满足该类疾病治疗原则的前提下,简便、可靠的治疗手段。

Objective To investigate the application method and value of the embolotherapy for the patients with the severe laceration of kidney. Methods Twelve patients with the severe laceration of kidney were reeruited in the study. The researchers used the ＂ （ use eili- um eoil and/or gelfoam） ＂ to bloek the arteries which were bleeding in the laceration of kidney. Results All the patients had a complete eessatlon of bleeding after embolotherapy, and part of the tissue and funetion of the kidneys was retained. No severe eomplieations were happened in all patients. Conclusion For the patients with severe laceration of kidney, as well as those with renal fraeture injury, the selective renal artery embolotherapy was a simple and reliable therapeutic tool.
