人们的消费正在从有形的消费品转向"花钱买体验"、进入个性消费体验的经济时代。随着社会经济的发展,白酒的消费更加走向理性化、个性化、感情化的多元化消费,在浓香型白酒的消费、研究过程中,对酒的风味要求也在变化,正在从感性提高到理性认识,从低品位到高品味的变化,从感官分析到基础研究、生产工艺的研究等变化。在保持浓香传统的精典风味基础上,融合不同香型工艺,研发生产新产品,以适应人性化的市场需求。
The consumption habit of people turns from tangible consumer goods to sensory experience, which means the coming of the experience economy era. With the development of social economy, liquor consumption has marched into diversified consumption age including rational consumption, personalized consumption, emotional consumption. Accordingly, the requirements of the taste and the flavor of Luzhou-flavor liquor has been changing from perceptual to rational understanding, from low taste to high taste consumption, and from simple sensory analysis to comprehensive research on production techniques. New Luzhou-flavor liquor products have been developed on the basis of keeping classic characteristics of traditional Luzhou-flavor liquor by integrating the features of the liquor of other flavor types, which could meet the requirements of the market.
