药物缓释系统应用于玻璃体视网膜疾病的研究进展

摘要 玻璃体视网膜疾病如增殖性玻璃体视网膜增殖性疾病、视网膜色素变性、青光眼等是常见的致盲性慢性眼病,其治疗方法的研究一直是科学界的难点。利用药物缓释系统行眼内局部药物治疗是实现高效、持久、低毒药物治疗的有效手段。
