摘要
通过研究各国与燃料电池汽车有关的促进政策和法案以及实施的激励措施,发现现阶段政府对燃料电池汽车的支持主要体现在共性技术、基础设施和示范运行上,目的是通过政府层面推动燃料电池汽车的产业化和商业化。由于燃料电池汽车的保有量极小,税收减免和购车补贴影响甚微。
Promotion policies, legislations and incentive measures of fuel cell vehicle (FCV) decreed by governments are being studied in this paper, shows that Government's supports to FCV are mainly in generic technology, infrastructure and demonstration, in order to promote commercialization and industrialization of FCV at the governmental level. Owning to the FCV possessing capacity is very small, the influence of tax reductions and subsidies for purchasing FCV is slight.
