摘要
辽河油田拟在原200万m3/d天然气轻烃回收装置的基础上新建一套处理规模为100万m3/d的轻烃回收装置。文章从站址的优选、设计理念创新、设计方法创新、工艺流程优化、工艺布局优化等方面阐述了新工艺装置总图优化设计过程。整个新设计装置占地面积小,单位综合能耗为18 120 MJ/万m3,低于国内的41 410 MJ/万m3和国际的30 190 MJ/万m3的能耗水平。
Because the original light hydrocarbon recovery facility in Liaohe Oilfileld no longer satisfies the gas production need, an additional new 200 × 104 m3/d light hydrocarbon recovery facility is planned to be built. This paper describes the optimizing procedure of general drawing design for the new facility with respects to plant location optimal selection, design conceptual innovation, process flow optimization and process layout optimization. The facility occupies less area and its unit consumption of energy is 18 120 MJ/10 m3 which is below the domestic energy consumption standard (41 410 MJ/104 m3) and the international energy consumption standard (30 190 MJ/104 m3).
