摘要
RMD根焊技术是一种先进的焊接技术,但在使用过程中同样会产生各种各样的气孔,产生的气孔主要有3种:一氧化碳气孔、氢气孔和氮气孔。文章对上述3种气孔的产生进行了理论上的分析,并据此提出预防RMD根焊产生气孔的一系列措施。在西气东输二线工程施工中,采用上述措施控制根焊气孔的产生取得明显效果,值得推广应用。
Although RMD welding technique is a kind of advanced welding technology, it may still produce a variety of gas pores, mainly including three types: CO gas pores, hydrogen gas pores and nitrogen gas pores. Based on the occurrence cause analysis of these three types of gas pores, a series of measures to prevent the gas pores in RMD root welding are brought forward and applied successfully to the construction of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project. The above-mentioned measures get obvious effect and are worthy to be recommended for other pipeline welding constructions.
