Construction Safety Management of Middle Asia Project in Difficult Rocky Section of Mountainnous Area

中亚天然气管道项目部分山区施工段有大量的V型、连续V型、阶梯型等地段,整体呈现高差大、地形复杂多变的特点,施工中大量使用降坡、修筑平台、溜管、沟下焊等作业,因此施工现场风险削减措施的制订和落实是工程顺利进行的根本保障。文章阐述了根据现场实际制订的一系列安全措施。通过安全措施的实施,实现了高效、务实的现场安全管理,使中亚项目施工开工9个月无安全事故发生。

There are lots of V shaped, sequential V shaped and stepped terrains in some mountainous construction sections of Middle Asia Natural Gas Pipeline. On the whole, the terrains possess the features of big elevation drop and complexness. Many kinds of operations such as reducing slope gradient, constructing platform, sliding pipeline, welding in trench are adopted in the construction, thus the field risk reducing measures are essential to carry out the project. A series of safety measures are taken according to field situation, and highly efficient and practical field safety management is implemented, so that there is no accident happened in this project during the construction period of 9 months.
