QC在安全管理中的应用

Application of QC in Safety Management

安全在生产中至关重要。在安全生产中可以引用质量管理理念,运用QC组织与运行形式加强管理工作,从而达到提高安全管理水平的目的。文章结合西气东输金昌压气站的动火连头施工工程,从QC管理模式、安全管理的戴明环和控制要点、安全管理目标的设定、风险识别与评价、风险原因分析、制订对策与实施、效果检查等环节阐述了QC在安全管理中的应用。

Quality management concept, QC organization and running mode should be applied in safe production to enhance management work. Combined with the joint construction with hot work at Jinchang Gas Compression Station of West to East Gas Pipeline, this paper illustrates the application of QC in safety management in aspects of QC management mode, safety management PDCA and key control points, establishment of safety management target, risk identification and assessment, risk reason analysis, countermeasure and implementation, and effect inspection.
