非体力劳动者肥胖对心血管系统的影响

THE EFFECT OF OBESITY IN NON-PHYSICAL WORKERS ON CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

目的了解非体力劳动者肥胖的发生率及肥胖对心血管功能的影响。方法对非体力劳动者１９７８人进行全面体格检查及血压、心电图、血流变学、心功能检查。检出肥胖者３０６人。结果肥胖发生率在中青年女性高于男性，中年组最高，其次为老年组、青年组。肥胖者青年组高血压、心电图，中年组高血压、心电图、血流变学、心功能检查阳性率较正常组高，老年组心功能检查阳性率较正常组高。

Objective To observe the incidence rate of obesity and the effect of obesity for cardiovascular system in non-physical workers.Method Physical examination,blood pressure,electocardiogram(ECG),blood viscosity and cardiacfunction test were studied in 1978 non-physical workers,306 obesity were diagnosedResult The incidence rate of obesity in middle young age female is higher than male.That in middle-age is the highest.The rate of abnormality in blood pressure,ECG,blood vissosity and cardiac function test in middle-age obesily group are higher than normal group.The cardiac function had been affected obviously in old-age obesity group.Conclusion Obesity affects the cardiovascular systemevidently.
