自拟仙泽汤并甘露醇、氟桂嗪联合治疗Ménière病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Self-designed Xian Ze Decoction Mannitol and Flunarizine in Treating Meniere's Disease

本文应用自拟仙泽汤并甘露醇、氟桂嗪治疗Meniere病36例，并随机选择20例用仙泽汤治疗，24例用甘露醇及氟桂嗪治疗作对照。治疗组治疗结果：眩晕有效率为91．7％（P＜0．01），听觉改善率为86．1％（P＜0．05），劳动能力改善率为91．7％（P＜0．05），疗效优于对照组。表明该疗法治疗Meniere病有积极意义。

The effects of self-designed xian ze decoction mannitol and flunarizine in treating Meniere's disease in 36 patients were seported. At the same time, 20 patients were randomly chosen and treated with xian ze decoction, 24 patients with mannitol and nunarizine. The latter two groups acted as control groups. The total effective rate in vertigo was 91. 7% (P<0.05), the increased rate in auditory acuity was 86. 1 %(P<0.05) and in labouring ability was 91. 7% (P<0.05). The therapeutic effects of treated group were beter than those of the two control groups. The results suggested that therapy of integrated Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine was of positive value,
