三重刺激技术的原理和临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 三重刺激技术(triple stimulation technique,TST)是运动诱发电位(momr evoked potential,MEP)的一项改进方法。它利用经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)和外周电刺激的对冲技术,测定TMS兴奋的脊髓运动神经元(motor neurons,MNs)百分比,从而能够定量评价中枢传导功能的完整性。
