摘要
目的探讨便携式超声心动图检测仪在提高学生心脏物理诊断学成绩中的效果。方法将78名医学生随机分为实验组和对照组各39名。实验组心脏物理诊断学见习与实习课程中,同步参加便携式超声心动图的培训和床边检查工作4周;对照组未加入便携式超声心动图教学内容,按照传统心脏物理诊断学方式进行教学。结果实验组与对照组成绩在教学前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而教学2周,4周实验组成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学习便携式超声心动图教学内容的自身成绩优于学习前(P<0.05),而对照组学习前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过学习便携式超声心动图来干预心脏物理诊断学教学过程,能显著提高医学生的心脏物理诊断学考试成绩。
Objective To explore the effect of hand - carried echocardiographic detector in improving the scores of cardiac physical diagnosis of medical college students. Methods Seventy - eight medical college students were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, each group had 39 students. The students in experimental group participated in hand - carried echocardiograhic detector training and 4 - week bedside work during their teaching and practice of cardiac physical diagnosis, while the control group participated with traditional cardiac physical diagnosis teaching. Results There was no significant difference between experimental group and control group before teaching (P 〉 0. 05 ), while the results in experimental group was superior to that in control group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After hand - carried echocardographic detector training, the results in experimental group was superior to that before the treatment (P 〈 0.05 ) , while there was no significant difference in control group before and after training ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Hand - carried echocardiographic detector training during cardiac physical diagnosis teaching can obviously improve the test scores of cardiac physical diagnosis in medical college students.
