摘要
目的通过测量大学生的生命质量,探讨SF-36量表用于大学生生命质量调查的可行性,为进一步评价大学生身心健康提供相关依据。方法采用分层抽样法以SF-36量表对沈阳市某医学院校一二年级学生共172人进行问卷调查。结果SF-36量表除SF外,各维度信度系数为0.7206-0.8694,满足群组比较的要求。因子分析的8个公因子与理论结构基本一致,累积方差贡献率为72.09%。结论SF-36量表的信度和效度较好可用于大学生生命质量的调查与评价。
Objective To explore the possibility of using the SF-36 survey scale for quality of life of college students and offer feasible guidelines for further evaluation on physical and mental health of college students. Methods The stratified sampling was used to implement questionnaire investigation on college students of quality of life. Results The reliability coefficients of SF-36 survey scale in 8 dimensions are 0.7206-0.8694 respectively, which satisfies the request of group comparison. The 8 common factors came from factor analysis almost consist with theoretic structure and the contributing rate of cumulative sums of squared is 72.09%. Conclusion SF-36 survey scale has a good validity and reliability, which can be used for investigation of quality of life of college students.
