鼻腔原发性粒细胞肉瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，57岁，2007年4月因双侧鼻塞反复发作1年余入院。查体：鼻中隔左偏，双侧下鼻甲充血、肿胀，双侧中鼻道未见息肉样物及分泌物。行鼻窦CT检查示：左侧上颌窦、双侧筛窦炎症，双侧下鼻道见软组织密度影，阻塞右侧后鼻孔（图1a）。入院诊断：“慢性鼻一鼻窦炎（I型2期）、慢性肥厚性鼻炎”。入院后第2天在全麻下行鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术及双侧下鼻甲修整术。
