摘要
采用极图法并结合金相法分别对定向凝固生长的FeGa和CuAlNi合金进行了晶体判定和取向分析。结果表明:FeGa合金为多晶体,表层存在六个晶粒,根据极点分布,确定该合金为四方晶系;CuAlNi为单晶体,确定欧拉角为φ_1=150°,φ=22°,φ_2=0°,并据此旋转定向,重新切割后测量极图,晶体得到了很好的定向;极图法判定结果与金相检验结果一致。
Pole figures and microstructure of FeGa and CuA1Ni alloys were measured respectively. The results show that FeGa alloy was a muhi-crystallite, there were six crystallite grain in the surface layer, and the structure was tetragonal by analyzing the pole plots distribution. CuAlNi alloy was single crystal, the Euler angles calculated from pole figures were φ1=150°,φ=20°,φ2=0°and the pole figure showed that the crystal got the right crystal orientation after orientation adjustment. Results gained from pole figure method and microstructure analysis were identical.
