摘要 介绍了一种新型的用于柴油机共轨系统的高压泵流量控制装置。应用Ansoft公司的电磁场分析软件Maxwell 2D,对流量控制装置中电磁阀电磁作用力进行二维有限元分析,讨论了电磁阀在不同的线圈窗口尺寸及位置、材料及衔铁厚度下电磁力的大小,实现了结构的优化设计。试验结果表明:优化设计后的电磁阀能满足流量控制的需要,流量控制装置能将共轨压力波动控制在5%范围内。 A new flow control valve used for high pressure common rail system was introduced. The finite element analysis for 2D electromagnetic fields of the solenoid valve was carried out by using Maxwell 2D software. The magnetic force in the condition of different air gap and current was analyzed. Some influencing factors, such as effective working area, a mature depth and magnetic material, were discussed in detail. The experimental results show that the method of finite element analysis can be used for the development of solenoid valve, and the common rail pressure fluctuation can be controlled within 5% by using the new flow control valve.
