新型高压共轨喷油器电磁阀驱动系统故障诊断及自保护系统设计 被引量:11

摘要 根据高压共轨柴油机喷油电磁阀在正常工作以及短路或断路工作状态下的驱动电流特性的分析结果,设计了一种基于CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)、采用纯硬件逻辑电路结构的电磁阀故障检测系统。该系统通过对电磁阀驱动电流特征的快速提取和判断,能够迅速检测电磁阀的不同故障,并在故障出现时对电磁阀和驱动系统进行保护。试验结果表明:系统能在7 ns内关闭故障电磁阀,从而有效地保证了发动机及其控制系统的安全运行。 Through the analysis of current characteristics in fuel injector solenoid valve under normal condition and various fault conditions, a diagnostic module using pure hardware logic structure for common rail diesel engine solenoid valve was designed based on CPLD(complex programmable logic device). The module can quickly detect various fault status of solenoid valve. When the fault is detected, the module can also protect the valve and driving system immediately. Experimental result shows that it can turn off the valve within 7ns after a fault was detected, so that to protect the engine and its controller.
