摘要
相关数据统计显示,贵州省特殊教育现状不容乐观,而特殊教育政策法规建设更加薄弱。文章针对贵州省特殊教育现状做了广泛的数据调研及大量文献查阅,总结并分析了贵州省近年来特殊教育现状,从法学的角度分析总结贵州省特殊教育的不足,并对贵州省特殊教育政策法规的完善提出相关政策建议。
Related statistics show that the status quo of special education in Guizhou province is not optimistic, while the special education policies and regulations are even weaker. Aiming at the status quo of special education in Guizhou Province, this study has done a wide range of data collection and extensive literature review, summarized and analyzed the status quo of special education in Guizhou province in recent years. In the view of law, this study sums up the shortage of special education in Guizhou Province, and also offers some suggestions for the improvement of related laws and regulations.
