内河跨江大桥钢结构防腐与涂装

摘要 结合跨江大桥钢结构防腐涂料的现状,提出以环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆、氟碳面漆为底、中、面漆的三层设计方案及涂装流程、注意事项,天兴洲大桥和南京大胜长江大桥桥梁钢结构及支座的涂装实践表明,其防腐及装饰效果良好。 According to the current situation of the anti-corrosive paint technology for steel structures of river-crossing bridges, the design scheme of three-layer coatings was confirmed, in which the epoxy zinc rich is used as the primer, MIO (micaceous iron oxide) epoxy is used as intermediate paint, and fluorocarbon is used as finish paint. Some matters need attention in the painting process was mentioned. Practical application of this method in the steel structures and support saddles of Wuhan Tian-xingzhou bridge and Nanjing Da sheng bridge showed that it can achieve a .satisfactory effects of anti-corrosion and decoration.
