分析卷筒Q345-C材料的焊接性能和结构,选择适当的焊接方法和焊接材料,设计合理的焊接坡口,计算出预热温度和焊接线能量。采取有效的防变形措施,根据制定的焊接工艺成功地完成了大型卷筒筒壳与幅板环焊缝的焊接。
By analyzing the reel's structure and weldability which is made in Q345C, the appropriate welding methods and welding materials were chosen, and a suitable welding break was designed. The suitable preheating temperature and welding line energy were calculated. Some effective measures to prevent deformation were taken. According to the devel oped welding technology, the authors succeeded in completing the girth welding between the large reel structure pieces of shell and tube plate.
